Abstract: | MicroRNAs (miRNA) have been shown to regulate plant pathogen interaction, by silencing genes, destructing or blocking of the translation of mRNA. However, their role in bacterial wilt, caused by Ralstonia solanacearum in ginger, has not been studied.
